BATULICIN – Tanah Bumbu turut ambil bagian dalam ajang Lomba Masak Serba Ikan Tingkat Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan 2025 dengan mengirimkan perwakilan terbaik yang telah diseleksi secara ketat.

Ketua TP PKK Tanah Bumbu, Andi Irmayani Rudi Latif, meyakini bahwa keikutsertaan ini akan menjadi momentum penting dalam mengangkat kekayaan kuliner daerah yang berbasis perikanan.

Perwakilan Tanah Bumbu dijadwalkan mengikuti lomba bersama seluruh kontestan dari kabupaten/kota lainnya. Fokus utama lomba adalah kreativitas memasak dengan bahan utama ikan, yang mencerminkan potensi perikanan masing-masing daerah.

Dinas Perikanan Tanah Bumbu turut andil dalam proses ini dengan menghadirkan Evalinda Melanie Samida, S.Pi, dalam technical meeting yang digelar di Aula Dinas Perikanan Provinsi Kalsel.

Pada pertemuan itu, peserta dibekali informasi terkait mekanisme lomba, seperti jenis masakan yang dapat ditampilkan, bahan baku yang disarankan, dan sistem penilaian yang digunakan oleh dewan juri.

Menurut Andi Irmayani, ajang ini adalah wadah strategis untuk memperluas pengetahuan ibu-ibu PKK tentang kandungan gizi ikan serta meningkatkan keterampilan dalam mengolahnya menjadi masakan modern dan kreatif.

Ia berharap olahan ikan dari Tanah Bumbu dapat mencuri perhatian dan mencerminkan kekhasan budaya kuliner pesisir Kalimantan.

Ajang ini juga sekaligus mendukung upaya pemerintah dalam memperkuat ketahanan pangan melalui konsumsi ikan, yang kaya protein dan mudah dijangkau oleh masyarakat lokal.

Lomba ini bukan semata perlombaan, tetapi juga bagian dari gerakan masif mempromosikan konsumsi ikan dan pengembangan ekonomi rumah tangga berbasis pangan lokal. Semangat dan dukungan penuh dari TP PKK dan Dinas Perikanan diharapkan menjadi bekal utama bagi perwakilan Tanah Bumbu untuk bersinar di tingkat provinsi.
