BATULICIN – Bupati Tanah Bumbu, Andi Rudi Latif, melantik 32 Kepala Sekolah dan sejumlah PPPK pada Rabu (28/5/2025) di Pendopo Kantor Bupati. Dalam sambutannya, Bupati menanamkan empat nilai penting kepada para pejabat yang dilantik.
Nilai-nilai tersebut ialah niat yang lurus, kerja yang nyata, pentingnya doa, dan sikap tawakal. Menurut Bupati, keempat hal tersebut adalah kunci sukses dalam mengemban amanah.
Ucapan selamat juga disampaikan kepada para guru penggerak yang resmi diangkat menjadi kepala sekolah melalui sistem KSPS. Bupati mengingatkan bahwa jabatan ini adalah amanah sekaligus tantangan besar yang harus dilaksanakan dengan dedikasi tinggi.
Para kepala sekolah dari berbagai jenjang pendidikan ini diharapkan membawa perubahan positif dalam dunia pendidikan. Tak hanya itu, PPPK yang juga dilantik diharapkan mampu menjadi ASN yang jujur, bertanggung jawab, dan berorientasi pada pelayanan publik.
“ASN harus menjadi motor utama pembangunan daerah. Mari bekerja dengan semangat dan dedikasi,” ujarnya.
