MTQN ke‑XXI tingkat Kecamatan Kusan Hulu resmi ditutup di Desa Karang Mulya pada Rabu, 2 Juli 2025, setelah gelaran tilawah, tahfiz, dan tartil yang diikuti peserta dari berbagai desa. Tema “Mendekatkan Diri kepada Allah dan Memperkuat Iman” menjadi pedoman dalam rangkaian acara sepanjang tiga hari.
Dalam sambutan penutupan, Kabag Kesra M. Zaki Yamani menyampaikan apresiasi Bupati terhadap penyelenggaraan MTQN sebagai bagian dari program generasi Qur’ani. MTQN bukan hanya ajang kompetisi, melainkan wadah edukasi spiritual yang menanamkan kecintaan terhadap Al‑Qur’an pada generasi muda.
Camat Salafudin menegaskan pentingnya peran MTQN dalam pembentukan karakter religius dan kualitas masyarakat. Seluruh peserta, dewan juri, serta panitia mendapatkan apresiasi karena menjaga kelancaran acara dengan penuh kekhidmatan.
Sesi puncak diisi dengan pengumuman juara, penyerahan piagam, dan hadiah. Antusiasme tinggi terlihat jelas dari warga dan keluarga peserta yang memenuhi area penutupan. Kehadiran tokoh-tokoh agama, seperti Ketua MUI dan Baznas, serta Forkopimcam menambah khidmat suasana.
Lensa Kalimantan menilai bahwa MTQN ke‑XXI ini lebih dari sekadar ritual agama—itulah perwujudan nyata pengabdian pemerintah kecamatan dalam membumikan nilai Al‑Qur’an di masyarakat. Pihak kecamatan pun berencana menjadikan MTQ ini sebagai agenda tahunan di masing-masing desa, dengan target mencetak generasi Qur’ani yang berakhlak dan paham ajaran agama.
